Job summary

National Church Residences is seeking a Property Manager for Commons at South Cumminsville- 80 Units in Cincinnati, Ohio. You will oversee daily operations of an affordable housing community, manage budgets, supervise staff, and maintain resident relations.

The role requires knowledge of HUD/LIHTC regulations, leasing, rent collection, and occupancy goals. A Bachelor’s degree is preferred and CPM/ARM certification is a plus, with strong leadership and communication skills essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2+ years of affordable housing property management experience.
• CPM or ARM certification preferred.
• Strong knowledge of housing regulations, leadership and communication skills.
• Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Manage property operations, budgets, and policies.
• Ensure compliance with HUD, LIHTC, and related programs.
• Oversee leasing, marketing, rent collection, and occupancy.
• Address resident concerns and coordinate move-ins/outs.
• Supervise, train, and evaluate on-site staff.
• Oversee maintenance, inspections, and safety standards.
• Prepare and submit required compliance reports.
