Qualifications

• Experience: 2+ years of housing experience.
• Certifications: Any Affordable Housing Certification (CAHEC, etc.).
• Physical Abilities: Up to 50 pounds lifting/pulling/pushing and walking varied surfaces.
• Interpersonal Abilities: Leadership, teamwork, integrity, communication, and critical thinking.

Responsibilities

• Handle rent collections and documentation for assigned properties.
• Process resident applications and conduct move-ins/outs per program rules.
• Ensure Fair Housing compliance and proper staff training/resources.
• Schedule and complete projects; maintain high customer service standards.
• Analyze expenses to maximize profits while reducing costs.
