Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma.
• Experience: 2+ years of housing experience.
• Certifications: Any Affordable Housing Certification (CAHEC, etc.).
• Physical Abilities: Lift up to 50 pounds, multiple surfaces, PPE when needed.
• Interpersonal Abilities: Leadership, teamwork, integrity, communication, critical thinking.

Responsibilities

• Handle rent collections and documentation for assigned properties.
• Process resident applications.
• Manage move-ins/outs with program compliance.
• Ensure Fair Housing compliance.
• Train, equip, and support staff as needed.
• Inspect properties regularly.
• Address maintenance requests promptly.
• Communicate with leadership, housing authorities, and clients.
• Plan and complete projects.
• Monitor expenses to maximize profits.
