• Provide ongoing inspections of properties and monitor maintenance requests.
• Coordinate training, equipment, and supplies for staff as needed.
• Communicate with leadership, housing authorities, and external clients as required.
• Schedule and complete assigned property projects.
• Maintain high professional and customer service standards.
