Description

We are a successful, profitable, and growing San Antonio-based commercial real estate company that owns and manages almost 3.2 million square feet of commercial property throughout the Southwest, primarily in Texas. The Company has been in business for over 20 years. While most of our properties are multi-tenant retail developments, we plan to diversify our portfolio over the next 5 years through acquisitions in office, medical, industrial, and other asset classes. The role is based at our San Antonio headquarters and covers properties in San Antonio, Seguin, Laredo, Eagle Pass, and Copperas Cove.

Description

We seek an experienced real estate professional to manage a portfolio of commercial retail spaces and other asset classes. The successful candidate will oversee property management functions, serve as the primary tenant contact, and assist in leasing analysis. This individual will work closely with the Director of Operations on special projects and will be responsible for day-to-day operations, vendor management, site visits, and operational procedures.

Principal Accountabilities

• Operate and maintain properties per management plans and budgets
• Maintain positive landlord-tenant relations
• Assist in developing budgets and review financials
• Analyze performance metrics and report findings
• Oversee maintenance, construction, and vendor activities
• Manage tenant requests and site inspections
• Monitor tenant delinquencies and receivables
• Understand lease agreements and coordinate tenant improvements
• Implement special projects as assigned
