  • Lead onboarding and transition planning for new property assignments and client accounts, ensuring continuity and consistency with Partners standards.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field (preferred).
  • Minimum of 5–7 years of experience in commercial property management with a proven track record of managing Class A/B office, industrial, or mixed-use properties.
  • CPM, RPA, or CSM designation strongly preferred.
  • Active Texas Real Estate license (or ability AND desire to obtain promptly).
  • Proficient in Yardi (required), with experience managing CAM reconciliations, budgeting, and lease abstracts.
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and collaborate across departments.
  • Solid knowledge of building systems, maintenance operations, and sustainability practices.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including experience presenting to ownership or investment groups.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
