Affinity-Property-Management is seeking a Property Manager to oversee a multi-family community in Hillsboro, OR. This in-person role requires strong leadership, leasing, and resident relations, with a schedule Monday–Friday 8:00am–5:00pm.

The candidate should have at least 2 years in multi-family property management and 1+ year of supervision, with experience using Yardi Voyager and CRM. Competitive hourly pay and a strong benefits package are offered.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in multi-family property management.
• 1+ years of experience in staff supervision.
• Proficient in MS Office applications including Outlook, Word, Excel.
• Yardi Voyager and CRM experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee property operations, leasing, and resident relations for a multi-family community.
• Supervise administrative and maintenance staff to ensure timely work orders and turnover.
• Prepare and review budgets, reports, and compliance documents.
