Sherman Associates is hiring a Property Manager for Phoenix on the Fax, a 50-unit market-rate property in Denver. You will lead daily operations, lease leasing activities, and maintain strong customer service and community relations.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of residential real estate experience or equivalent education.
• Portfolio management of 50–100 units strongly preferred.
• Experience with RealPage or similar property management software is preferred.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.
• Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills; strong customer service mindset.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily operations of resident and tenant relations, safety, maintenance, and marketing.
• Coordinate leasing activities, show apartments and screen applicants.
• Maintain occupancy and timely rent collections; ensure compliance paperwork.
• Prepare resident files and move-out materials; maintain property records.
• Oversee on-site maintenance and coordinate with vendors and staff.
• Ensure compliance with housing laws and company policies.
• Assist with subsidy administration per HUD rules.
