Renters Warehouse in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a Senior Property Manager to lead the Phoenix office's property management operation and report to the Regional Head of the West. This is a working leadership position, directing two or more full-time staff inside the office. Base salary ranges from $60,000 to $70,000 with potential for additional variable compensation,

Responsibilities

• Lead property management in the Phoenix office, running day-to-day operations including owner/resident communication, maintenance coordination, renewals, move-outs, and collections follow-up.
• Ensure licensed activity stays compliant with the designated broker and Arizona law, maintain brokerage records, support audits and legal inquiries.
• Protect client funds, ensure trust accounts and processes are followed, coordinate with central accounting and vendors, and disclose conflicts of interest.
• Maintain fair housing compliance, provide required training, and supervise operations with HR and Legal.
• Keep rental registrations current and manage the assessment of security deposits and evictions with proper oversight.
• Lead and develop the office team to maintain high service levels and operational efficiency.
