Peak Management in Milwaukee, WI is seeking a ROCKSTAR Property Manager to oversee 400+ units at our soon-to-be-acquired community. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in a Property Manager role, manages a staff of two or more, and excels in budget preparation, reporting, finance, leasing, operations, and Fair Housing.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a Property Manager role with staff supervision.
• Strong budget preparation and financial reporting skills.
• Experience in leasing, operations, and Fair Housing compliance.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Customer service oriented with public interaction experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee 400+ units at assigned community.
