Liberty Personnel Services, Inc. in Wilmington, DE is seeking a Property Manager for a 200-unit community located in Wilmington/ Newark. Bilingual in Spanish highly preferred and on-site role with bonus potential.

You will manage daily operations, leasing, occupancy, delinquency, budgets, and supervise office and maintenance teams, driving performance while remaining hands-on and accountable.

Compensation: $75,000–$80,000 + Monthly/Quarterly Bonus

Growing multifamily organization is seeking an experienced Property Manager to oversee a 200-unit community.
