Job summary

Liberty Personnel Services, Inc. is seeking a Property Manager for a 300+ unit community in Bel Air, MD. This on-site role offers a base salary of $75,000–$80,000 plus monthly or quarterly bonuses and comprehensive benefits.

You will oversee daily operations, leasing, occupancy, delinquencies, budgeting, NOI, and lead office and maintenance teams while building resident relations and driving property performance. A path to multi-site/Area Manager is encouraged.

Qualifications

• Multifamily property management experience required.
• Strong leadership and time-management skills.
• Understanding of property financials and operations.

• Manage daily property operations, leasing, occupancy, delinquency, revenue, and expenses
