Job summary

Proresidential is seeking an experienced Property Manager to join our team in Oklahoma City. You will oversee and coordinate all transactions, attract and educate new tenants, and resolve tenant complaints while ensuring timely processing of work orders and repairs.

You will also update properties to improve ROI, supervise staff, and enforce all property and association rules. A 2-3 year background in property management and fluent Spanish are required, along with excellent written and verbal

Qualifications

• 2-3 years experience in property management.
• Must be bilingual Spanish.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
