McCormack Baron is seeking a Property Manager in Washington, DC to oversee daily property operations, supervise site staff, and coordinate resources to achieve community goals and occupancy targets.
The role emphasizes resident relations, HUD certification processing, budget oversight, regulatory compliance, and collaboration with residents, vendors and agencies; a bachelor’s degree or 2+ years in property management and MS Office proficiency are required. This is a full-time on-site position.
The Property Manager is accountable for all community operations. The purpose of the Property Manager is to effectively manage and coordinate site staff, activates, and available resources in order to accomplish community objectives as set forth by the Regional Property Manager and property owner. These objectives will include maximizing occupancy levels and community values.
