Job summary

EmergencyMD is seeking a Property Manager for in-person oversight of residential properties in Waseca and Albert Lea, Minnesota. The ideal candidate will manage all aspects of property upkeep, maintain tenant relationships, and handle financial performance efficiently.

This full-time position requires proven experience in property management along with strong organizational and customer service skills. Schedule will be Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, with possible evenings and weekends based on occupancy needs.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a property manager with a strong grasp of financial management.
• In-depth knowledge of property management regulations and standards.
• Strong communication and organizational skills with proficiency in MS Office and Yardi.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of assigned residential properties.
• Maintain productive relationships with tenants.
• Process Section 8 certifications and negotiate leases with contractors.
• Advertise vacant spaces and manage financial performance.
• Oversee on-site personnel and assess their performance.

Skills

Proven work experience as property manager

Fully understanding property management and its financial aspects

In depth knowledge of all rules and regulations surrounding property management

Competency in MS Office and Yardi

Customer focus and bottom line orientation

Job description

Location: Waseca and Albert Lea, Minnesota, in-person

Pay: $26.00 - $28.00 per hour

Schedule: Full-time Monday - Friday 8:30 - 5:00, in addition possible evenings and weekends depending upon occupancy and move in and move outs.

We are looking for a property manager to be responsible for the direct management oversight of two residential properties in Albert Lea and Waseca, Minnesota. The goal is to maximize asset value, customer satisfaction and revenue. Must be able to clear a thorough background check.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of assigned properties
• Maintain a positive, productive relationship with tenants
• Processing Section 8 certifications
• Negotiate lease/contracts with contractors in a timely and reliable manner
• Advertise and market vacant spaces to attract tenants
• Collect receivable accounts and handle operating expenses
• Oversee properties' personnel and assess its performance
• Accomplish financial goals and report periodically on financial performance
