Job summary

Metes & Bounds Management is seeking a part-time Property Manager in Cloquet, MN. The role focuses on direct oversight of residential properties to maximize asset value, customer satisfaction and revenue.

The position offers an hourly pay range of $26.00–$28.00 and a 29-hour work week. The successful candidate will manage property operations, maintain tenant relationships, negotiate contracts, market vacancies, collect payments, oversee staff, and report on financial performance.

• Competency in MS Office and Yardi.
