Job summary

Metes & Bounds Management is seeking a property manager to oversee residential properties in Sartell and Sauk Rapids, Minnesota, with in-person duties and a 8:30–5:00, Monday–Friday schedule; evenings and weekends may be required based on occupancy and move-ins.

• Proven work experience as property manager.
• Understanding of property management and its financial aspects.
• Knowledge of all rules and regulations surrounding property management.
• Proficiency in MS Office and Yardi.
• Customer focus and bottom-line orientation.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Well organized with excellent time management.
• Must be able to clear a thorough background check.

Location: Sartell and Sauk Rapids, Minnesota, in-person

Pay: $60,000 - $70,000 per year

Schedule: Full-time Monday - Friday 8:30 - 5:00, in addition possible evenings and weekends depending upon occupancy and move in and move outs.

We are looking for a property manager to be responsible for the direct management oversight of the residential property. The goal is to maximize asset value, customer satisfaction and revenue.
