Job summary

Allied Property Management, a division of Allied National Services, is seeking an experienced Property Manager to oversee multiple commercial properties in the Twin Cities. You will lead day-to-day operations, manage budgets, and build strong tenant relationships while contributing to acquisition analyses.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in commercial property management, strong lease knowledge, and proficiency with property management software and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial property management.
• Strong understanding of commercial leases, property maintenance, and financial management.
• Experience with property acquisitions is a plus.
• Proficiency in property management software and MS Office Suite.
• Minnesota Real Estate License is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage a diverse portfolio of commercial properties, ensuring smooth operations.
• Develop and maintain positive tenant relationships and address inquiries promptly.
• Conduct regular property inspections to ensure safety and policy compliance.
• Oversee lease agreements, renewals, and tenant move-ins/outs.
• Coordinate maintenance and repairs with contractors and vendors.
• Prepare and manage property budgets, including forecasting and reporting.
• Implement marketing strategies to attract and retain tenants.
• Participate in property acquisitions, providing market analysis and insights.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.

• Prepare and manage property budgets, including forecasting and reporting.
• Implement marketing strategies to attract and retain tenants.
• Participate in property acquisitions, providing market analysis and operational insights.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.

Qualifications:

• Real Estate or a related field preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial property management.
• Strong understanding of commercial leases, property maintenance, and financial management.
• Experience with property acquisitions is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively.
• Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Real Estate License in Minnesota is a plus.
