A well-established multifamily residential community in Omaha is seeking a skilled and dedicated Property Manager to oversee all aspects of property operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills, ensuring a professionally managed, well-maintained, and resident-focused community.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily property operations, including leasing, sales, maintenance, and resident relations
• Manage all aspects of marketing, leasing, and occupancy to maintain optimal occupancy levels
• Handle inquiries, show available units, process applications, and execute leases
• Supervise maintenance and groundskeeping activities to ensure the community remains clean and well-kept
• Enforce community policies and ensure compliance with regulations
• Maintain accurate records, financial reports, and budgets
• Coordinate vendor services and oversee property repairs and improvements
• Build strong relationships with residents, contractors, and ownership
• Ensure resident satisfaction through professional, responsive communication and problem resolution

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Property Manager, Assistant Property Manager, or similar role in residential property management

• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and operate efficiently with minimal supervision
• Proficiency with property management software such as Rent Manager and Microsoft Office Suite
• High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in business, sales and marketing, or property management preferred
