Fiduciary Real Estate Development is seeking a Property Manager for High Bluff Townhomes in Port Washington, WI. You will lead a team, oversee leasing, move-ins/outs, renewals and maintenance coordination to deliver a top-tier living experience for residents.

You will manage tenant relations, assist in budgeting, and ensure compliance with housing laws while maintaining high occupancy and financial balance for the property.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in property management incl. leasing, renewals and delinquencies.
• Multitasking and strong organizational skills are essential.
• Experience with property management software is preferred.
• Comply with fair housing laws, OSHA/safety, and company policies (training provided).
• Reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license with a good driving record.

Responsibilities

Property Manager at High Bluff Townhomes

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct interviews, assist in hiring process, coordinate onboarding activities, and ensure new hires are effectively integrated into the team.
• Motivate and engage your team, fostering their continuous growth and development by modeling a positive and vibrant work environment.
• Address resident, prospect, and vendor issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner to uphold a highly sought after community.
• Keep a well-maintained property by coordinating with the onsite maintenance team on all aspects of facility maintenance.
• Participate in the lease process including showings, application assistance, screening, and lease preparation with accuracy, ensuring new resident satisfaction and meeting target occupancy levels.
• Coordinate all aspects of move ins and move outs including inspections and managing turn schedule, to deliver an outstanding unit to our newest FRED residents.
• Conduct the renewal process at your property
• Oversee delinquencies and manage the eviction process when necessary, following all relevant regulations to maintain financial balance of the property.
• Assist the Regional Property Manager in creating the annual budget, providing insights and recommendations based on annual financial data. Adhere to the established budget parameters and review variances to maintain financial stability.

General Requirements

• Prior experience in Property Management with experience with leasing, renewals and delinquncies.
• Multitasking skills and orginazation are a must.
• Experience with property management software preferred.
• Adhere to fair housing laws, OSHA/Safety regulations, and company policies (training provided).
• Reliable vehicle, valid driver’s license with good driving record, and auto insurance.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to articulate how fantastic it is to live at one of FRED’s properties.

Schedule

• Full-time, daytime hours-Monday through Friday.
• Position will start late November/early December.
