Fiduciary-Real-Estate-Development (FRED) is hiring a Full-Time Property Manager for High Bluff Townhomes in Port Washington, WI. You will lead a team to deliver exceptional resident services, manage leasing, renewals, and delinquencies, and coordinate day-to-day operations with a focus on resident satisfaction.

You will oversee onboarding, maintenance coordination, move-ins/outs, and budget adherence while ensuring compliance with safety and fair housing standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in Property Management, including leasing, renewals and delinquencies.
• Strong multitasking and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with property management software preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct interviews and assist in hiring and onboarding new staff.
• Address resident, prospect, and vendor issues promptly and professionally.
• Coordinate maintenance and ensure property is well maintained.
• Assist with lease process, showings, applications, screening, and lease prep.
• Manage move-ins/outs, inspections, and turn schedule to deliver ready units.
• Oversee renewals and delinquencies; assist in eviction processes when needed.
• Support Regional Property Manager with annual budgeting and variances.

Adhere to the established budget parameters and review variances to maintain financial stability.General Requirements:Prior experience in Property Management with experience with leasing, renewals and delinquncies.Multitasking skills and orginazation are a must.Experience with property management software preferred.Adhere to fair housing laws, OSHA/Safety regulations, and company policies (training provided).Reliable vehicle, valid driver’s license with good driving record, and auto insurance.Strong written and verbal communication skills to articulate how fantastic it is to live at one of FRED’s properties.Schedule:Full-time, daytime hours-Monday through Friday.**Position will start late November/early DecemberThe FRED Benefit:FRED’s growth fuels career opportunities and advancement for our team members.
