Job description

AWI Management Corp. is seeking an experienced individual to manage a 36-unit apartment community in San Jacinto, CA. Experience in affordable housing (RD/LIHTC/HUD) preferred.

This is a Part-Time position at 30 hours a week.

Starting pay is $23.00 - $25.00 per hour DOE.

Housing is available.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of assigned properties
• Process applicant paperwork, screening applicants, obtaining landlord references, ensure all paperwork including lease and house rules receive signatures, re-certifications of current tenants, conducting move-ins and moveouts
• Collecting rents and security deposits
• Enforcing lease and house rules
• Inspect and arrange maintenance to meet standards
• Maintaining excellent curb appeal
• Advertise and market vacant units to attract tenants
• Follow company policies and procedures
