Qualifications

• Experience in affordable housing programs such as RD, HUD, or LIHTC is strongly preferred.
• Reliable transportation and authorized to work in the United States.
• Access to a personal smartphone with email, messaging, and app capability.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of the assigned property and ensure excellent resident service.
• Process applications, screen applicants, and manage tenant certifications.
• Collect rent, enforce lease agreements, and coordinate maintenance.

What You'll Do

As the Property Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the community while ensuring residents receive excellent service and the property is maintained to AWI's high standards.

• Managing all aspects of the assigned property's daily operations
• Processing applications, screening applicants, and verifying landlord references
• Preparing leases, house rules, and required documentation
• Managing tenant certifications and re-certifications
• Conducting move-ins and move-outs
• Collecting rent and security deposits
• Enforcing lease agreements and community policies
• Coordinating maintenance and ensuring property standards are met
• Maintaining strong curb appeal and property presentation
• Marketing and advertising vacant units to attract qualified residents
• Responding appropriately to emergency situations
• Following company policies and procedures
