AWI Management Corp. seeks a dedicated Property Manager to oversee a 36-unit apartment community in Middletown, CA. The role focuses on resident relations, leasing, maintenance coordination, and ensuring high property standards in a mission-driven environment.
Responsibilities include daily operations, application screening, leases and house rules, tenant certifications, move-ins/outs, rent collection, policy enforcement, and coordinating maintenance to preserve curb appeal.
Location: Middletown, CA
Schedule: Full-Time | Monday-Friday | 32 hours per week

We're currently seeking a dedicated and organized Property Manager to oversee a 36-unit apartment community in Middletown, CA. If you enjoy building strong resident relationships, maintaining high community standards, and working in a collaborative team environment, we'd love to hear from you.
Experience in affordable housing programs such as RD, HUD, or LIHTC is strongly preferred.
As the Property Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the community while ensuring residents receive excellent service and the property is maintained to AWI's high standards.
