Job summary

Qualifications

• College degree is strongly preferred.
• 3 to 5 years property management experience preferred.
• CPM/CAM certification(s) strongly preferred.
• Has successful history of maintaining 4-star rating at prior apartment complex managed.
• Customer service and sales experience.
• Proficient sales, customer service, interpersonal and follow up skills for effective interaction with residents, prospects, employees and other business contacts.
• Attention to detail, organizational, prioritization and multi-tasking skills necessary.
• Knowledge of market trends, housing regulations and market trends.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet deadlines and property needs as well as cover for other staff when necessary.

Salary Range: $55,000.00 To $58,500.00 Annually

The Property Manager has leadership responsibility for the overall management, leasing, marketing, resident relations, maintenance, finance and operation of the designated location. The Property Manager has responsibility to enforce and uphold Company standards, adhere to applicable federal, state and local laws, operate an operationally sound, fiscally responsible and profitable business, while fostering a positive and professional client and employee experience.

Physical Demands/Work Environment

• Work is normally performed in office environment, within building.
• Routine exposure to outside elements such as temperature and weather to conduct physical property.
• Inspections.
• Constant need to simultaneously use hand, wrist, and fingers to operate office equipment.
• Work in inclement weather.

Variable Compensation

• Salary subject to manager’s experience level.
