The Property Manager (PM) is responsible for being a great team member of this high-energy community with 215 units in Revere, MA. We expect the Property Manager to create the greatest possible satisfaction and well-being of all individuals associated with the community while aligning with the company's goals & objectives. The Property Manager will work with the on-site team to oversee daily activities, including leasing, collections, resident relations, maintenance, office administration, and policy & procedure compliance.

As a Property Manager (PM), your primary responsibilities include:

  1. Being the head coach of the community
  2. Leading by example, embodying the standards and behaviors consistent with Dolben's core values and culture
  3. Executing sales, marketing, and operational activities to achieve occupancy and resident retention goals
  4. Managing the financial performance of the property
  5. Providing timely and accurate financial and operational reports to owners and senior leadership
  6. Building and maintaining strong relationships with residents, vendors, and partners
  7. Collaborating with the Marketing team to implement strategies
  8. Ensuring resident satisfaction to garner outstanding customer ratings and community reviews
  9. Inspiring professional growth and development among team members

What You Bring to Us:
