Job summary

Myan Management Group, LLC. is seeking a full-time Property Manager in Reno, NV to lead the apartment community’s operations and drive occupancy, revenue, and property value.

You will oversee a team of assistants, leasing agents, maintenance staff, and housekeeping while developing marketing strategies and ensuring financial controls.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 2 years in multifamily residential property management or supervisory roles.
• Experience in the service industry is preferred.
• Proficiency with One-Site property management software.
• Valid driver's license required.

A Day in the Life of a Property Manager

As a Property Manager, you will take ownership of the property’s performance, working to maximize occupancy, net revenue, and property value. You’ll oversee a team that includes assistant managers, leasing agents, maintenance supervisors, technicians, groundskeepers, and housekeepers.

Your responsibilities include:

• Developing and executing competitive marketing and leasing strategies
• Leading a proactive resident retention plan with strong customer service
• Managing budgets, financial records, deposits, and safeguarding property funds
• Ensuring lease documents, reports, and procedures are completed accurately and on time

Property Manager Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 2 years of multifamily residential property management/supervisory experience

• Ability to work scheduled hours, be on-call, and work overtime or weekends as needed
• Valid driver’s license
