Job summary

Myan Management Group, LLC is seeking a full-time Property Manager in Reno, NV to lead the apartment community’s operations. The role focuses on maximizing occupancy, net revenue, and property value, directing a team including leasing staff and maintenance personnel.

The position offers competitive pay starting at $55,000 per year plus benefits. You will manage budgets, leasing strategies, and safety/compliance while coordinating with the Regional Manager to ensure smooth property performance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of multifamily residential property management/supervisory experience.
• Service industry experience.
• Experience with One‑Site software.
• Ability to work scheduled hours, be on‑call, and work overtime or weekends as needed.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Developing and executing competitive marketing and leasing strategies.
• Leading a proactive resident retention plan with strong customer service.
• Managing budgets, financial records, deposits, and safeguarding property funds.
• Ensuring lease documents, reports, and procedures are completed accurately and on time.
• Collaborating with your Regional Manager on supplies, staffing, and risk management.
• Hiring, training, and developing team members.
• Overseeing maintenance projects and ensuring safety standards are met.
• Maintaining the property's curb appeal and overall condition.
