Myan Management Group, LLC is seeking a full-time Property Manager in Reno, NV to lead the operations of our apartment community. You will drive occupancy, revenue, and property value while managing a team of assistants and staff.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of multifamily property management experience, a high school diploma, and proficiency with One-Site software, plus a valid driver’s license. We offer competitive pay and comprehensive benefits.

A Day in the Life of a Property Manager

As a Property Manager, you will take ownership of the property’s performance, working to maximize occupancy, net revenue, and property value. You’ll oversee a team that includes assistant managers, leasing agents, maintenance supervisors, technicians, groundskeepers, and housekeepers.

Your responsibilities include:

• Developing and executing competitive marketing and leasing strategies
• Leading a proactive resident retention plan with strong customer service
