Property Manager
Are you a natural leader with a passion for creating outstanding living experiences? Do you thrive on managing operations, leading teams, and making a meaningful impact in a community? What You'll Do:
Oversee all aspects of property operations, including leasing, maintenance, and resident satisfaction.
Hire, train,and mentor onsite property team members to ensure excellence in every aspect of property operations.
Develop and implement strategies to meet occupancy goals and drive revenue growth.
Build strong relationships with residents by addressing concerns and fostering a positive community environment.
Manage budgets, track financial performance, and identify opportunities to optimize property profitability.
Ensure compliance with all policies, regulations, and safety standards.
Collaborate with corporate leadership on strategic planning and reporting.
Stay informed about market trends and competitor offerings to position your community as the preferred choice.
Plan and execute events that bring residents together and build a sense of community.
What Makes You a Great Fit:
A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
You've successfully managed properties before and have a proven track record of keeping operations running smoothly and efficiently.
You're a people person with excellent communication skills, capable of building strong relationships with residents and staff alike.
You're comfortable managing budgets, tracking performance metrics, and spotting opportunities for growth.
You're tech-savvy and confident using property management software (OneSite) and Microsoft Office tools.
You're the kind of person who sees challenges as opportunities and brings creative solutions to the table.
