Job summary

Biggs Group is seeking a full-time Property Manager to oversee Renaissance Point, NH communities. You will sign leases, show homes, and manage occupancy while delivering excellent resident service. Strong admin and communication skills are essential, with proficiency in Microsoft 365 and familiarity with Yardi a plus.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team is required. Join a property management team that values integrity, reliability, and effective collaboration with both residents

Qualifications

• HUD/TC experience required.
• Proven experience operating Microsoft 365 applications.
• Experience with Yardi software is a plus.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate electronically.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

We're looking for a passionate and motivated individual who is resourceful and self-driven. The Property Manager is a reliable individual who is eager to take on the responsibility of running their own property. Excellent customer service and communication skills, both written and verbal, are a must. We seek someone with a strong work ethic, confidence, and integrity. Top-notch administrative, organizational, and interpersonal skills are also important, as the successful candidate will interact with members of the public looking for housing and also communicate with members of the corporate team.
