You will work with Sales, Legal, Finance, and HOA teams, ensuring contract accuracy and compliance while delivering exceptional service to residents in a community-focused environment. Training and growth opportunities are offered.

Active Florida Real Estate License.
3-5 years of residential property management and leasing experience.
Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

Review and analyze contracts; ensure residential sales contracts and documentation are accurate, complete, and compliant.
Manage contract execution; coordinate approvals, execution, and distribution of contracts and addenda.
Serve as cross-functional liaison with Sales, Legal, Finance, Closing, and Division Leadership on contract-related matters.
Maintain contract systems and documentation; manage legal forms, contract records, HOA documents, and sales information in Mark Systems.
Train and support Sales Associates; provide guidance on contract procedures, documentation requirements, and company policies.
