Job summary

West Coast Self-Storage Group is seeking a full-time Property Manager for our Chattaroy location. You will oversee daily operations, provide exceptional customer service, manage pricing and promotions, and ensure the site meets cleanliness and safety standards.

The role requires strong retail and cash handling experience, weekend work, and the ability to manage vendors and lease customers through the storage process. Training and growth opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• Retail sales experience with strong customer service skills.
• Ability to manage cash and daily cash drawer.
• Comfort with using MS Office products (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service including assessing customers' storage needs (in person, phone and web inquiries).
• Create store plan to hit budget monthly and annually.
• Web pricing and discount management.
• Ensure property is maintained to West Coast’s Clean & Operational standards (e.g., cleaning vacated units, sweeping, mopping, changing light bulbs).
• Manage vendors and CAPEX projects.
• Drive auction process.
• Show available units and guide customers through the leasing process.
• Manage, audit and balance cash drawer and petty cash.
• Other duties assigned by leadership.

Schedule:

Full-time, Tues-Sat (Off Sun/Mon), working 8:45am-5:15pm.

Day to Day:
