ZRS Management is seeking a Property Manager to oversee daily operations across apartment communities, focusing on leasing, maintenance, and resident relations while driving profitability. You’ll lead a team to deliver excellent service and maximize revenue within company standards.

Responsibilities include budgeting, market analysis for competitive pricing, and coordinating with maintenance to ensure timely work orders and move-ins.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; post-secondary preferred in business or property management.
• Previous Property Manager experience in multifamily is highly preferred.
• Strong computer, negotiating, leadership and organizational skills are essential.
• Familiarity with property management software such as Onesite, Yardi, RealPage, Knock, RentCafe and ResMan.

Job Description:As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the apartment communities, ensuring they operate efficiently and profitably. Your primary focus will be on providing exceptional customer service to our residents while maximizing the property's revenue potential.
