Job summary

ZRS Management is seeking a Property Manager to oversee the daily operations of our apartment communities in Georgia. You will focus on delivering exceptional resident service while maximizing revenue and profitability.

You will manage leasing, maintenance, budgeting, and vendor coordination, lead a team of leasing consultants and technicians, with flexible hours including some evenings and weekends as needed. Equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; post-secondary in business or property management preferred.
• Excellent computer, math, and reasoning skills.
• Strong negotiating and sales abilities.
• Leadership, interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and internet/email.
• Knowledge of property management software (OneSite, Yardi, RealPage, etc.).
• Ability to handle multiple projects and work independently or in a team.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Oversee leasing, rent collection, maintenance, and resident relations for multifamily communities.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain residents.
• Conduct market research to set competitive rental rates.
• Hire, train, supervise, and motivate leasing consultants and maintenance staff.
• Coordinate with maintenance on work orders, move-ins, and make-ready tasks.
• Manage lease renewals and strive to maximize retention.
• Conduct regular property inspections for standards and compliance.
• Maintain financial records, prepare budgets, and analyze performance.
• Resolve resident concerns and uphold a positive community atmosphere.

Job Description:As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the apartment communities, ensuring they operate efficiently and profitably. Your primary focus will be on providing exceptional customer service to our residents while maximizing the property's revenue potential.
