Highmark Residential is seeking a Property Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of our Woodland Crossing community in New Bern, NC. You will direct staff, manage leasing and reporting, and ensure top-notch resident service and retention.

Qualifications

• Leadership and team-building abilities are essential.
• Strong math skills at a basic high school level are required.
• Two years of apartment management experience is preferred.

• Directs and oversees the day to day operations of community staff.
• Ensures the accuracy and timely preparation of all required reports.
• Manages on-site team in recruiting, training, counseling, and evaluation.
• Ensures excellent customer service to residents and prospects.
• Achieves high resident retention and leasing expectations.
