Job summary

Richman Property Services, Inc. is seeking a full-time Property Manager to join our Signature team in Vista Sur, Naranja, FL.

You will lead the on-site team, drive leasing and financial performance, and implement policy across leasing, accounting, maintenance, and resident relations. The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in the apartment industry with supervisory experience, is proficient in Microsoft Office and Yardi, and understands Fair Housing guidelines.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of apartment industry experience with supervisory or management experience.
• Experience managing new construction luxury lease-up communities preferred.
• Associate's Degree or equivalent; CAM certification preferred.
• Registered Apartment Manager or CAM certification preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Yardi software.

Responsibilities

• Manage the apartment community to achieve maximum marketing and financial results.
• Implement leasing, accounting, maintenance, and resident relations policies.
• Supervise on-site personnel and coordinate schedules and performance.
• Control budget objectives and expenditures.
• Perform market analysis and suggest competitive pricing.
• Coordinate resident services and activities.
• Ensure compliance with laws and safety standards.
• Direct community maintenance and improvement initiatives.
