Job summary

HRM Services in Missouri is seeking a Full Time Property Manager to oversee daily operations of the community and uphold high-quality standards, with a priority on building excellent resident relationships.

Responsibilities include tours, answering phones and emails, processing leases and move-ins, managing curb appeal, securing bids, rent collection, and coordinating with staff through regular meetings. Starting pay is $17 per hour.

Qualifications

• Property management experience preferred.
• Customer service experience helpful.
• Basic technology skills (smartphone/computer).
• Strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide tours to prospective residents.
• Answer phone and emails.
• Collect all required documentation and verification for lease renewals and new move-ins.
• Responsible for curb appeal of property.
• Process move out charges and paperwork.
• Secure bids for expenditures at property.
• Achieve an effective knowledge of software programs.
• Collect rent, security deposits and application fees.
• Prepare deposits for bank and software program.
• Daily, weekly, monthly meetings with staff to coordinate work and achieve objectives.
