• Self-directed, organized, and able to operate with minimal supervision.
• Experience with Entrata is a plus, but not required.

• Partner with ownership on business planning, reporting, and property performance.
• Maintain vendor relationships and oversee capital and operational projects as needed.
• Foster a positive team culture with a strong foundation already in place.

What You'll Do

As the Property Manager, you'll oversee all aspects of operations across two communities located just 10–15 minutes apart, ensuring exceptional financial performance, resident satisfaction, and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the day‑to‑day operations of two conventional multifamily communities totaling approximately 400 units.
• Drive occupancy, resident retention, and financial performance while maintaining exceptional customer service.
• Manage budgets, monitor expenses, and maximize NOI through effective operational oversight.
• Supervise and support an experienced on‑site team, including an Assistant Property Manager, Leasing Professional, and a long‑tenured Service Manager.
