The Property Manager is responsible for all day-to-day property operations and for effectively managing and coordinating team members, activities, and resources to achieve established financial and operational goals. In this role, you are responsible for maintaining the integrity of the physical asset while also maximizing the returns from the asset in accordance with the company’s mission, vision, and objectives. This includes ensuring excellent customer service, exceptional curb appeal, coordinating operations to promptly address service requests and sustain high occupancy, maximizing cash flow, minimizing risk, ensuring a quality living environment, achieving budgeted NOI, and establishing a positive working environment for property team members.
To be successful in this role, you must be decisive, organized, detail-oriented, results-focused, yet supportive and encouraging. You must also be able to adeptly work with various kinds of software (Microsoft Office, Entrata, REBA). Additionally, you must have several years of applicable property management experience, have experience managing and developing a team, managing a budget, and a proven track record for financial results.
