Job summary

Qualifications

• 5-7 years' experience in commercial real estate.
• Capital improvement project experience.
• CPM or RPA designation.
• Strong understanding of financial reports, including variance analysis.
• Experience with real estate software such as Yardi, MRI, etc.
• Advanced MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook).
• Valid driver’s license.
• Clear motor vehicle record (MVR).

As a Property Manager, you will be involved in all aspects of managing your assigned portfolio, from operations and financial activities to managing important relationships with our client, team members, and vendors. From managing service contracts and overseeing tenant improvements, to completing property inspections and making recommendations, you will have the opportunity to share your innovative ideas to continually improve how we manage our commercial properties.

In This Role, You Will:

Approximate Salary Range for this Role: $85,219 to $105,000

This position is eligible for an annual bonus, based on company and individual performance.
