Job summary

Colliers is seeking a Property Manager for our Oregon portfolio to manage operations, budgets, and client relations. You’ll oversee service contracts, tenant improvements, and property inspections while collaborating with clients, vendors, and internal teams.

You will lead annual budget preparation, monitor financial reports, and drive continuous improvement in property management practices. Travel outside of state may be required and a CPM or RPA designation is preferred.

Qualifications

  • 5-7 years' experience in commercial real estate.
  • Experience with capital improvement projects.
  • CPM or RPA designation.
  • Strong understanding of financial reports and budget variance.
  • Experience with real estate software such as Yardi or MRI.
  • Proficient MS Office tools.

About You

As a Property Manager, you will be involved in all aspects of managing your assigned portfolio, from operations and financial activities to managing important relationships with our client, team members, and vendors. From managing service contracts and overseeing tenant improvements, to completing property inspections and making recommendations, you will have the opportunity to share your innovative ideas to continually improve how we manage our commercial properties.

This role will require travelling outside of state.

In This Role, You Will:
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with property owners, tenants, vendors, and contractors.

What You'll Bring

  • Strong understanding of financial reports, including variance of actual vs. budget numbers.
  • Demonstrated experience with real estate software such as Yardi, MRI, etc.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office applications (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook).
  • A valid driver's license.
  • Clear motor vehicle record (MVR).
Bonus Skills And Experience
  • Construction management experience.
  • Experience with contract and leasing agreements.
  • Experience in managing staff.
