About you

Strong client relationships are important to you. You enjoy playing a central role in customer care by bringing superior organizational skills, attention to detail, and a positive attitude to everything you do. As a Property Manager, you will be involved in all aspects of managing a commercial building – from operations and financial activities to managing important relationships with our tenants, property owners and vendors. From managing service contracts and overseeing tenant improvements, to completing property inspections and making recommendations, you will have the opportunity to share your innovative ideas to continually improve how we manage our commercial properties.

In this role, you will…
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with property owners, tenants, vendors, and contractors.

What you'll bring

Area/Location Specific: Arlington, Virginia
Approximate Compensation Range for this Role: $85,138 to $138,000. This position is eligible for an annual bonus, based on company and individual performance. Our compensation ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on this job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all national locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
