Job summary

Equity LifeStyle Properties, Inc. is seeking a Resort Manager for its Thousand Trails Idyllwild resort in California. The role focuses on delivering excellent guest and resident service, while managing resources, assets and marketing efforts to attract customers.

You will hire and oversee resort staff, prepare and analyze budgets, and strive to maximize profitability. A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, 5+ years in property management, and strong MS Office skills are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or combination of education and equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of property management experience, preferably in an RV or manufactured home community setting.
• Strong operations skills and a thorough understanding of the complexities of this position.
• At least one year of experience in customer service and exceptional customer service skills.
• Excellent skills in Microsoft Office and other web-based applications.
• Valid driver’s license, good driving record and current auto insurance.
• Experience in sales and/or marketing preferred.

What You’ll Do

The Resort Manager provides exceptional customer service to attract and serve our guests and ensure that we meet our financial goals. Our resort is located in Idyllwild and is named Thousand Trails Idyllwild.

Estimated Compensation For This Position In The States Of BC, CA, CO, IL, MA, MD, MN, NJ, NY, VT And WA Is

Annual Salary: $70,500.00 - $71,000.00

The salary listed is an estimate and not guaranteed. A salary offer will vary based on applicant’s education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, internal equity and alignment with market data.

In addition to the base pay and our benefits, some positions are eligible for bonuses, sales commissions, or incentive pay.
