Job summary

Equity LifeStyle Properties (ELS) is seeking a Resort Manager in Idyllwild, CA to deliver exceptional guest service and oversee property operations. The role focuses on optimizing budgets, marketing collaboration, and team leadership to drive profitability across our resort community.

The position requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, 5+ years in property management, and strong MS Office skills, with a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or combination of education and equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of property management experience, preferably in an RV or manufacturing home community setting.
• Strong operations skills and understanding of the complexities of this position.
• At least 1 year of customer service experience and exceptional customer service skills.
• Excellent skills in Microsoft Office and other web-based applications.
• Valid driver’s license, good driving record and current auto insurance.
• Experience in sales and/or marketing preferred.

What you’ll do:

Estimated compensation for this position in the states of BC, CA, CO, IL, MA, MD, MN, NJ, NY, VT and WA is: Annual Salary: $70,500.00 - $71,000.00 The salary listed is an estimate and not guaranteed. A salary offer will vary based on applicant’s education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, internal equity and alignment with market data. In addition to the base pay and our benefits, some positions are eligible for bonuses, sales commissions, or incentive pay.
