Job summary

Equity LifeStyle Properties is hiring a Property Manager for Ocean View, New Jersey. You’ll lead a resort-style property, manage a large team, and drive occupancy and profitability.

Role requires 5+ years in property management, a Bachelor’s degree, and strong budgeting/marketing capabilities. On-site position with comprehensive benefits and potential bonuses based on performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 5+ years of resort or property management experience, preferably in a large manufactured housing, RV or multi-site setting.
• Experience managing a team of at least 50 employees.
• Sales and/or marketing experience preferred.
• Ability to produce financials and budgets, control expenses and identify opportunities to drive revenues.
• Understanding of the complex operational responsibilities of this role.
• Experience with Microsoft Office and other web-based applications, including financial systems.
• Valid driver’s license, good driving record and current auto insurance.

Experience & skills you need:

• Experience working in an ancillary business, such as a golf course, restaurant and/or rental unit complex also helpful.
• Experience managing a team of at least 50 employees.
• Sales and/or marketing experience preferred.
• Ability to produce financials and budgets, control expenses and identify opportunities to drive revenues.
• Understanding of the complex operational responsibilities associated with this role.

Estimated compensation for this position in the states of BC, CA, CO, IL, MA, MD, MN, NJ, NY, VT and WA is: Annual Salary: $72,000.00 - $76,000.00 The salary listed is an estimate and not guaranteed. A salary offer will vary based on applicant’s education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, internal equity and alignment with market data. In addition to the base pay and our benefits, some positions are eligible for bonuses, sales commissions, or incentive pay.
