The Maintenance Supervisor oversees routine and preventive maintenance to maintain community integrity. Responsibilities include supervising maintenance staff, managing budgets, and ensuring cost control in collaboration with the community manager.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage customer service and resident relations, establishing systems for handling service requests.
• Perform, delegate, and inspect maintenance tasks.
• Research, recommend, hire, and oversee contractors and vendors.
• Perform floating duties as assigned.
• Ensure contracts, scope of work, and insurance requirements are met before starting work; oversee projects and approve payments upon completion.

Qualifications:

• Management experience including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, locksmithing, and staff supervision.
• Valid driver’s license and proof of auto insurance; driving record must meet eligibility requirements.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
