Job summary

Highmark Residential, Wellington Apartments, Florida, is seeking a Property Manager to lead the day-to-day operation of the apartment community and ensure outstanding service to residents and prospects. You will direct and oversee onsite staff, monitor reports, and drive high resident retention and leasing performance.

The role requires leadership, team-building, and strong mathematical skills to manage community metrics.

Some things we can’t live without are

• Valid driver’s license
• Two years of apartment management experience
