American Landmark Apartments seeks an experienced Property Manager for Fairways at Feather Sound in Clearwater, FL. You will oversee leasing, staff supervision, and day-to-day operations to ensure efficient property performance.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in apartment management, CAM preferred, and familiarity with RealPage/LRO and One-Site. Excellent customer service and budget oversight are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years working in the apartment industry within a similar role.
• CAM certification is highly recommended for this position.
• Knowledge of RealPage/LRO and One-Site or similar systems is required.
• College degree helpful but not required.
• Strong customer service experience required.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise office staff
• Daily physical inspections of the property
• Responsible for the property's leasing
• Thorough knowledge of company leasing techniques and sales methods
• Full knowledge of property rental information
• Operating the property's budget within the company's financial guidelines
• Responsible for interviewing, screening, and hiring of staff
• Prioritizing all resident requests with an efficient and courteous response
• Responsible for generating various company required reports
• Collaborative design and implementation of a resident retention program
• Responsible for securing at least 10% of the overall closed leases at the property

Your role as Property Manager is critical to AL's success and may include due diligence, community acquisition/disposition, serving on or participating in company sponsored or sanctioned committees, organizations, functions etc. You are ultimately responsible for insuring the efficient operation of the property under the direction of the Regional Manager.

Your "Day to Day" at American Landmark:
