About The Role:

Responsible for working with the Senior Real Estate Manager or higher staff in managing all aspects of a commercial property, including marketing, operations, and financial activities, in accordance with real estate management agreements and CBRE policies.

Location:

Onsite in downtown Chicago, IL, USA.

What You'll Do:
  1. Respond to tenant needs using independent discretion, ensuring prompt resolution of problems by administrative and technical staff, and contracting services as needed, in compliance with policies, regulations, and contractual obligations.
  2. Perform regular property inspections, recommend or approve alterations, maintenance, and reconditioning, and supervise vendor services.
  3. Manage and approve vendor invoice payments in line with management agreements and policies.
  4. Oversee tenant billing processes and approvals.
  5. Market the property, show spaces to prospective tenants, and coordinate move-ins and move-outs.
  6. Act as the primary contact for property owners, ensuring objectives are met, and prepare timely reports.
  7. Develop and manage annual budgets for operating and capital expenses, including forecasting and variance analysis.
  8. Collect rent, manage expenses, address tenant delinquencies, and coordinate legal actions if necessary.
  9. Build business relationships through professional memberships and participation in industry and civic organizations.
  10. Perform additional duties as assigned and act as Senior Property Manager in their absence.
